Happy Birthday Kambal!!!My two favorite aunts celebrated their 56th birthday. We went to Max’s Malate for the celebration, and the food was over-flowing. We had Kare-kare, crispy pata, boneless bangus, lechon kawali, sinigang na hipon, fried chicken, and buko pandan for desert. After dinner, we went for a stroll along baywalk. It wasn’t a long walk but since we were walking with senior citizens, it took us an hour. (hungry again!!!)
What can I say about them, well, one thing for sure, they are both “dalagang-pilipina” and “matimtimang-birhen” haha! Certified mamas-girl, especially auntie Sol, I know how hard it was for them when Nanay bid so-long, but that’s life, I know Nanay is happy wherever she is. She’s so lucky to have had wonderful daughters. I’m lucky as well. Both are very young at heart, they love to go out, watch movies, eat out and do whatever. They do not have all the riches in the world but they were over-flowing with love, and they are so much fun to be with!
Happy Birthday you guys! I wish for many more to come. I hope you still find Prince charming, it’s never too late! Luvyah!

Well, it is great to celebrate birthdays with the family. How nice they are twins. Are you sure they want that advertized about the "matimtimang..." What does that mean? The menu sounded like a feast which on the 3rd photo, you had!
Ces, another thing i love about these twins are their wittiness and their very sensible sense of humor, I'm sure they won't mind. "matimtimang birhen" is like a metaphor for conservative, something like that, that's the common notion for solitary women.
Well, in that case, I too would like to be matimtimang...
So which one in the birthday party photo are you?
