year ender:

My last post was dated October 27, 2006. It’s been more than 2 months, so I would like to give you the updates of what had happened to me for the past 2 months.

October 26 was the time that I finally found a hotel for my training, that’s why I got busy and didn’t find the time to blog.

Last day high: 10-30-06
Remarks: My last day at the office. Do I have to elaborate? I don’t think so!

All Saint’s day: 11-1-06
Remarks: I wasn’t able to go to the cemetery to visit my beloved departed since I have duty in the hotel. I just offered my prayers for them. I went to the mall that evening with my family and we bought huge cotton candies!

Ate Girlie’s Birthday: 11-5-06
Remarks: I was glad to be with my cousins again, especially that Jila was present in the occasion, ate made this really deliciously rich chocolate cake.
Alcoholometer: Sober
Pictures: lotsa-lotsa

Rich’s b-day: 11-11-06
Remarks: happy to be with my cousins and titas. Ate Girlie made Rich a pink 18th bday cake, does it really have to be a Pink cake, event if the 18th bday celebrant is a guy? I was able to get to know my brother’s friends who are band members, they were all cool, and they rock!!!
Alcoholometer: Sober

Gillarmi’s Retro 18th bday: 11-18-06
Remarks: A grand 18th bday celebration. I was one of the emcees. It was held at their garden, which was featured here in my blog sometime ago, everybody was in their oldest styles of clothes. My sister even wore some kind of a vintage dress. My mom won the miss retro award, Imagine, I had my dress sewn up by a couture and she just bought her dress from ukay-ukay (seriously). By the way, I followed Ces’ suggestion to go psychedelic and it was in fact very retroistic!

Mind blowing news from my best friend: 11-20-06 a.m.
Remarks: I wish I could tell but it’s not time yet. It was shocking news but a good one.
Alcoholometer: really wanted to get drunk but can’t

Case filing at NLRC: 11-20-06 p.m.
Remarks: I, together with my officemates went to the NLRC (National Labor Relations Commission) to file a case against the company Traffic Power Philippines Inc, and Scobell Consulting Services to get what was due to us. Too bad, we can never make Mr. Matt Marlon pay for his wicked activities since we cannot prosecute someone who’s not here. We just wanted to take possession of the assets of the company and we believe we should be the priority, Right!?

My birthday: 12-9-06
Remarks: A simple celebration courtesy of my cousin Girlie, we went to seaside at Macapagal. That day also, we went to Gillarmi’s fashion show for RRJ at the Mall of Asia. It was a totally alcohol free birthday, really. Can you imagine that?!
Alcoholometer: 00 (really!)

First hearing at the NLRC court: 12-12-06
Remarks: I wasn’t able to go because I had to go to duty that day. No good news, just gave us some briefings, I’m really losing hope at this one.

Jila’s advanced x-mas party: 12-15-06
Remarks: I was able to meet the famous Cocoy already, the person who’s being linked to Jila. They say they’re just friends!!! I don’t think so! Beer was flowing, cameras were flashing, a typical drinking session with my cousins!
Alcoholometer: almost wasted

Rakista xmas party: 12-24-06 to 12-25-06
Remarks: we had ourselves made up, as in to highest level of dark eye shadows and lipstick. A generous touch of eye liner and black shirts just like the rock stars,,, wow! Kakatakot!!! I had so much fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Later today, we’ll say goodbye to 2006, which was one of the most colorful years of my life, there were so much laughter and pain, So many new friends that came my way. This year, I learned and started blogging and I enjoyed it a lot, I met two talented and intelligent friends here at blogland and I call them my cyber friends. To Ces and Maria, thank you for your continuing patronage. After what had happened, I just hope that I would have all the courage to face a brand new day, a brand new year. Godspeed to all of us and Good luck! Happy New Year!!!

hope you're doing well! miss na kita!

well, things haven't really been looking up for me. hay. i did find a new job, but it really stunk so i left. i couldn't stand it! so now, i have no job again! haha!

try to focus back on studying. i miss my job as a writer/editor. i realized that i don't really wanna take calls.. i really want to write... that's what i'm kind of good at (i guess).

btw, some woman (during one of the calls i was taking) asked me if i was from north or south dakota or in those areas. she said my accent sounded like i was from there. natawa nga ko eh. di ko alam pang "dakota" pala accent ko. hahaha!

o sya. hit me back when you got time!

Che, you know what, some american asked me if I was from India. Don't you think it was an insult.

I feel guilty when you guys drop by here and leave comments, coz, me, I really don't have time to go over your blogs and read and leave a comment, minsan lng kc ako bumili ng internet card! haha!

Hay, missed ko na rin ang mga food trip natin.

keep in touch! misyah!
